These are the photographs and documents of George Walice Underhill also known as ‘Young Mick’.
George was a skipper and worked for both Sleights and Robinsons at different points in his career. His daughter Pat Gardner fondly remembers visiting the docks with him and going with her mother to collect wages from the offices.
